When you send a gift, you can switch on Lightning payout at checkout. Lightning payout moves that gift to the front of the payout queue, so the creator is paid out with priority instead of waiting for the standard payout window.
đł What it costs
Lightning payout adds $3 for gifts up to $100, or 3% for gifts above $100. It is paid by you as the supporter, shown as a separate line under Fees & processing, and is entirely optional. The creator still receives the full gift amount.
⥠How fast is a Lightning payout?
Lightning payouts are processed ahead of standard payouts and are funded from Wishgain's own payout reserve, so they do not have to wait for the standard payout process.
United States, Wishgain Pay: if the creator is paid out to their bank through Wishgain Pay and reserve funds are available, the payout is sent to their bank right away.
Other countries, Stripe Connect or MassPay: the payout is sent to the creator's Stripe Connect account or MassPay e-wallet right away. Moving the funds from there to the creator's bank or wallet is handled by Stripe or MassPay and can take longer, depending on the country. The same applies to US creators who are paid through Stripe Connect.
Busy periods: when demand is high or reserve funds are temporarily limited, a Lightning payout can take longer. It always keeps its priority and is sent as fast as we can.

Select a gift and go to checkout.
Switch on Lightning payout. The summary updates to show the Lightning payout fee.
Pay as usual with card, Apple Pay, Cash App Pay or crypto.
đĄ Good to know
Lightning payout is priority processing, not a guaranteed arrival time. Timing can vary with the country, the payout rail and demand at that moment.
The creator needs a verified account and a payout method set up before any payout can be sent.
If the creator is a Premium member, every gift they receive is paid out with Lightning payout automatically, even if you don't switch it on at checkout.
Lightning payout is non-refundable once the gift is sent.
