Funds may be held during the investigation.
Payout access may be revoked.
The account may be permanently terminated.
💰 What happens to your balance
Legitimate earnings are released once the investigation is complete, subject to any chargebacks, refunds or legal holds. Funds connected to fraud, prohibited activity or unauthorized payments may be returned to the original payer or held as required by card network rules and applicable law.
✉️ Appeals
If your account has been suspended, you will receive an email with the reason. You can respond to that email or write to [email protected] to appeal. Every appeal is reviewed by a person.
Platform stability and regulatory compliance take priority over individual accounts; this policy exists to protect the majority of creators who use Wishgain as intended.
