Rolling reserves on a portion of the balance.

Funds may be held during a risk investigation. We notify affected users by email and release funds as soon as the review is complete.

Accounts that generate excessive disputes, high refund ratios, reputational risk or compliance risk with our payment processors may be removed from the platform. Where the law or our partners require it, this can happen without prior notice.
