Can I Cancel or Refund a Gift?

Why gifts are non-refundable, what happens if a creator promised something in return, and what to do about a charge you did not make.

Short answer: no, once a gift is placed it cannot be canceled or refunded.

🎁 Why

At checkout you confirm that your payment is a voluntary gift, that you expect no product or service in return, and that it is non-refundable. That is what makes Wishgain a gifting platform rather than a shop, and it is what protects creators from having money pulled back after they have received it.

Because there is no order to fulfil, there is no cancellation window.

⚠️ If a creator promised you something in return

That is against our rules. Wishgain is for gifting, not for buying goods or services, and asking for payment in exchange for something is a violation of our Terms.

Message us with the creator’s profile link and what was promised. We will review the account. To protect everyone’s privacy we cannot share the outcome of a review, but if a refund is approved you will hear about it in your own conversation with us.

💳 If you did not make the payment

If a charge on your card was not made by you, contact us straight away rather than only your bank. We can act faster and we will secure the account.
