All payments on Wishgain are unconditional gifts. A gift cannot be tied to anything the creator promises to deliver.

Offer reward tiers, unlockables or milestone rewards.
Describe a wishlist item as a purchase of something the supporter will receive.
đĄ Why this matters
Wishgain is a gifting platform, not a marketplace. When a payment carries an expectation of receiving something in return it becomes a sale, which falls outside our Terms of Service and our agreements with payment partners.
Because such arrangements are prohibited, Wishgain does not mediate disputes about promised goods or services. Accounts that create them may be restricted or removed. Supporters should only send a gift if they are comfortable receiving nothing in return.
