You can pause or close your Wishgain account at any time. There are no penalties, lock-in periods or hidden conditions.
⏸️ Pause your wishlist
If you want a break without losing your account, set your wishlist to private in Settings. Your page stops accepting gifts and disappears from public view; your balance, history and settings are kept, and you can go public again whenever you like.
🗑️ Delete your account
Withdraw any remaining balance. Accounts cannot be deleted while a payout is in progress.
Open Settings → Account and choose Delete account.
Confirm. Your profile and wishlist are removed immediately.
Transaction and identity verification records are retained for the period required by law and our payment partners, as described in our Privacy Policy. Everything else is deleted.
